- Completed Outside Finance Broker Package
- Current NMLS Approval
- Current State Approval
- Authorization to Background Check
Unlicensed Broker*
What's Required to become a Outside Finance Approved Unlicensed Broker:
- Completed Outside Finance Broker Package
- Completed Unlicensed Addendum
- Authorization to pull Credit (Soft Pull)
*To become an unlicensed approved broker with Outside Finance, applicant must be able to prove they have a legitimate business brokering loans. Applicant is required to pass credit and background checks, provide personal and business financial statements and bank statements and be a third-party, at arms length to the transaction.
